Welcome to Premium Pools! These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our services, including all maintenance, cleaning, repairs, and related pool services (“Services”) provided by Premium Pools, a company operating in South Florida. By scheduling, contracting, or using our Services, you agree to the following:

Services Provided

Premium Pools provides maintenance, cleaning, equipment repair and installation, and related services for residential and commercial pools, spas, fountains & patio. Services may be one-time or recurring as agreed upon in your service request.

Service Area

We operate in Southeast Florida, primarily serving Broward, Miami-Dade, and Palm Beach counties. We accommodate special requests for out of state/out of country projects, however, such requests are subject to analysis.

Customer Responsibilities

  • Ensure access to your pool on scheduled service days (e.g., unlock gates, remove pets).
  • Maintain safe working conditions around the pool (e.g., clear debris, no hazardous conditions).
  • Notify us of any issues with pool equipment or water quality in a timely manner.

    • Payment Terms

  • Invoices are issued at the beginning of each month for monthly services and upon completion for one-time services and due on the date of receipt. (Payment extension available upon request, but subject to analysis).
  • Accepted payment methods include Zelle, Venmo, Cashapp, credit/debit cards, ACH transfers, or checks (Card transactions are subject to fee imposed by card processing service system).
  • Late payments exceeding the period of 30 days will result in discontinuation of recurring services.
  • 50% payment deposit is required for all service requests, excluding monthly pool maintenance service which requires the first month payment in advance or no later than the starting date.

    • Liability and Disclaimer

  • Premium Pools is not liable for damage caused by pre-existing pool conditions, equipment failure, or customer negligence.
  • Some pool issues (e.g., algae) may require multiple treatments and are not always resolved in one visit.
  • You acknowledge that results depend on factors including water chemistry, weather, and frequency of service.

    • Termination

  • You may terminate services at any time.
  • Premium Pools reserves the right to terminate services at any time for non-payment, unsafe conditions, or other reasons deemed necessary.

    • Changes to Terms

    We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on our website or provided via email, and continued use of our services indicates acceptance of any changes.

    Governing Law

    These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be handled in the appropriate courts within Broward County, Florida.
